One bottleneck, solved once and documented.
The Sprint begins with an unhurried conversation where you name the bottleneck that weighs on you most. Together we define the one problem the Sprint will solve, and you receive a solution, the reusable skill behind it (for example, a skill that turns your notes from a client call into a follow-up email in your voice), a usage guide, and setup instructions, built from your materials and to the standard we set together. You judge Civic North on a real deliverable, not a pitch.
One recurring problem solved, with the reusable skill to solve it again.
- Owners carrying one problem they cannot put down
- One business week from complete materials
- One finished solution, the reusable skill, usage guide, setup instructions, one revision round, one-page recommendation
- Full $399 toward a build booked within 30 days
You name the bottleneck.
There is no menu to pick from, and no predetermined task. A generic Sprint would solve a problem you may not have. Instead, the kickoff conversation starts with what is actually weighing on you, and the Sprint is scoped around that, together. If you do not yet know the answer, the conversation defines it first: what you want, what is in the way, and how close you are. If you already know exactly what you want, we skip the deep dive and build that.
Owners bring problems like these. They are illustrations, not a pick-list. Yours may sound nothing like them, and that is the point.
The blank page, again
Every update, summary, and client message starting from zero, because nothing from the last project carries forward.
Follow-ups held in your head
The nudges, check-ins, and reminders that live in your memory instead of a system, and slip when the week gets loud.
Onboarding that changes every time
Each new client gets a different start, depending on how busy the week is and what you happen to remember to ask for.
The proposal that eats the evening
Rebuilt from the last one and repriced from memory, every single inquiry, long after the workday should have ended.
What the Sprint includes
A Sprint works because the scope is small enough to finish well. The boundaries below are what keep the price fixed and the week honest.
What is included
- One bottleneck, scoped together in the kickoff conversation, solved once and finished
- The reusable skill used to solve it, with a usage guide and setup instructions
- An unhurried kickoff conversation with no time limit, so the work starts from a real understanding of your business
- One revision round: one consolidated set of changes covering accuracy, tone, and emphasis
- A one-page written recommendation for what to build next, in what order, and at what price
- Delivery within one business week of your materials arriving complete
What is not included
- Inbox or database harvests
- Ongoing cadence systems
- Staff training
The Sprint gives you the finished solution and the reusable skill used to solve it, plus a usage guide and setup instructions, so you can judge them. The build gives you the system that produces it every time.
One bottleneck, scoped together in the kickoff, solved once and finished. One revision round, materials provided by you. Work beyond that scope is quoted as a build, with your Sprint fee already applied.
The Sprint is paid in full when we begin. If the finished work does not meet the standard we set together, after your revision round, I refund the fee in full.
The full $399 is credited toward any build booked within 30 days of delivery.
How the Sprint runs
1. Kickoff conversation
Unhurried and without a time limit. You talk through what weighs on you most, and together we define the one problem the Sprint will solve, the standard the finished work has to meet, and the materials it needs.
2. You send materials
Your samples, standards, and anything the solution needs. The one-week delivery clock starts when they arrive complete.
3. Build and test
The solution is produced and checked against your examples before you see it.
4. Revision and delivery
You send one consolidated set of changes. You receive the finished solution, the reusable skill, the usage guide and setup instructions, and the one-page recommendation.
Installed by you, with instructions that show every step.
The Sprint delivers setup instructions, not a live install session. You receive the skill, a usage guide, and setup instructions with screenshots for clarity.
You install it yourself, in your own account, following those steps. The test is one real example from your own work, checked against the standard you set in the kickoff.
If a step sticks, ask. Help never asks for your password or access to your account.
Done means the skill is in your account, it runs on a real example, and you know where the guide lives if you need it again.
Sprint questions
What if I do not know my biggest bottleneck yet?
Then the kickoff defines it first. If you do not yet know the answer, we work through what you want, what is in the way, and how close you are. If you already know exactly what you want, we skip the deep dive and build that. There is no menu to pick from, because a generic Sprint would solve a problem you may not have.
What happens after the Sprint?
You receive a one-page written recommendation for what to build next, in what order, and at what price. You can stop there, or the full $399 is credited toward any build booked within 30 days of delivery. There is no obligation to continue, and the pace of deciding is yours.
What is the one thing you cannot put down?
