Civic North

Privacy.

How information shared through this website and during an engagement is handled, in plain terms.

What you share through this site

The contact form asks for your name, business name, email, and a description of the work you want help with. That information is used to read your inquiry and reply to it. It is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list without your asking.

What Civic North does not collect

Civic North does not ask for or collect your passwords. Sensitive client records, health information, financial account information, and legal files should not be sent through the contact form or included in a workspace by default.

During an engagement

Workspaces are built and tested in Civic North’s testing workspace, then installed into your account by you, under your control. Materials you provide for a build are used for that build. Each component of a workspace receives only the access its job requires, and the limits for your engagement are set out in your project agreement.

Third-party platforms

AI platforms and tools used in a build have their own privacy terms, which apply to your accounts with them. Civic North will tell you which platforms a design depends on before the build begins.

Questions

Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page. They are read and answered by Samantha directly.
