One place that remembers how your best work gets done.
Foundation takes the knowledge currently scattered across files, threads, and your memory, and turns it into a workspace that starts every task with the right context.
The drafting you repeat starts from your standards instead of a blank page, so the work stops depending on your memory.
- Owners who re-explain their business to every tool, every week
- Full business knowledge base, exactly 3 starter skills, guides, training, 30-day check
- The Sprint, if you started there
Who Foundation is for
A good fit if
Your offers, prices, and voice live in your head, and every draft starts with re-explaining the business from the beginning.
Not yet if
Your work is almost entirely one-off, with no repeated drafting, follow-up, or client communication to build around.
Repeated drafting
Project updates, revision summaries, and proposals, drafted from your packages and your process, in your tone.
Inquiries and delivery
Inquiry replies, preparation notes, and delivery messages built from your offers and policies.
What Foundation includes
A knowledge base that knows your business
Services, prices, policies, tone, and working rules, organized once and kept in a guide you can read and edit.
Exactly 3 starter skills for repeated jobs
Focused routines for the work you repeat most, each tested against your real examples and each shipped with a plain-language knowledge guide.
Finished outputs in your format
Proposals, onboarding messages, follow-up drafts, and client updates that arrive as documents you can use, not loose chat text.
Training on live work
You learn the workspace on projects you are actually running, including what to review before anything sends.
A 30-day adoption check
We review what is being used, where instructions need to be clearer, and what the next useful addition would be.
Approval and access
Nothing sends without your approval. Sensitive client material stays out by default, your passwords are never requested, and each skill gets only the information its job needs.
Built and tested first, then installed with you.
The folders and instructions are emailed ahead. The install happens together by video call, in a scheduled, screen-shared session.
You are the one logged in, and you make every click yourself, including every tool connection, while I guide you through each step.
The workspace is built and tested first in Civic North's own testing workspace, using your materials. Sensitive test material is anonymized where the content allows, and test copies are deleted from the testing workspace at handover.
The install ends with a short written record: what was installed and what it connects to. Training on live work follows, and a 30-day check reviews what is being used and what needs clearer instructions. The install sessions included are named in your written scope.
Foundation questions
Why exactly 3 starter skills?
Because Foundation is context first. The knowledge base is full, covering your services, prices, policies, voice, and process, and the 3 skills are chosen for the jobs you repeat most. Three is a boundary that keeps the build finishable and useful, not a limit on what you know. More skills are a later build, scoped in writing.
What is in the knowledge base, and can I change it?
Your services, prices, policies, tone, and working rules, organized once and kept in a guide you can read and edit. When something changes, ask the workspace to update the guide, or edit it yourself. Corrections you make as you work are captured into the guides, so the same miss does not repeat.
Stop re-explaining your business to your tools.
Foundation is where the workspace learns how you work, once.
